Oak River Rehab has been named one of the best nursing homes in the nation by U.S. News & World Report for 2019–2020. This honor was given to fewer than 20% of over 15,0000 nursing homes evaluated in the study. Along with the designation comes a 4-star rating and recognition as “high performing” in Long Term Care.

The Best Nursing Homes reflect U.S. News’ analysis of data collected and published by the federal government using a methodology defined by U.S. News that evaluates factors that U.S. News has determined most greatly impact patient and resident care, safety, and outcomes.
