We are proud to announce that we’ve won four 2020 Patient Satisfaction Awards! The Patient Satisfaction Awards program was created by Plum Support Services to “recognize and celebrate facilities that work tirelessly to provide an outstanding patient experience.” Awards are based on short-stay patient satisfaction surveys administered by NRC Health between September 2019 and August 2020.
